Returns & Exchanges
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU we are not obliged to accept returns from EU customers in accordance to Article 16(c)(e). For United Kingdom customers we refer you to Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law. Currently, we are not accepting any returns or issuing refunds for t-shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies from the "Hip-Hop Collections" unless we send the wrong size, color, design or we send a faulty/substandard item. In these cases we'll refund you or send a replacement item.
For other Collections you must request the return latest 7 days after receiving the package if you want to be eligible for a free return (NOT all orders apply). Contact us and we will check if you are eligible. Otherwise the customer (you) will pay for return shipping.
We also require that the return shipping tracking number is provided to us. Contact our customer support by email if you wish to return or exchange an item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
